Built to Endure
Since 2015, Endure Athletics Foundation has stood in the gap for children experiencing homelessness in Rutherford County. What began as a simple Saturday morning of breakfast and games has grown into a year-round program offering daily enrichment, meals, transportation, mentorship, and a safe community — alwaysat no cost to the families we serve.
Our Priorities
Strengthen Support for Current Youth
Ensure that the children and youth currently in our programs continue to receive consistent, high-quality care, mentorship, meals, transportation, and enrichment opportunities. This includes maintaining stability and meeting each child’s academic, social, and spiritual needs as they grow.
Support Older Youth in Achieving Independence
Equip high school students and graduates with reliable transportation, safe housing, job placement, apprenticeships, college prep, and workforce/TCAT pathways.
Establish a Central “Home” Facility
Launch and complete a Capital Campaign to open a permanent, centrally located home base for Endure’s programs — including the addition of one new van to our fleet.
Prepare the Next Generation of Leaders & Ensure Sustainability
Build a pipeline of leadership among staff, alumni, and the board, while strengthening organizational health through diversification, staff benefits, and an endowment fund.
