Endure’s foundation has always been people — the children we serve, the families we support, and the community that rallies around them. Everything we do is centered around building relationships that create trust and hope for the future.
Over the past decade, Endure Athletics has become a trusted presence in Rutherford County through consistent care and a commitment to serving children with compassion and dignity.
Our Mission in Action
Since 2015, Endure Athletics Foundation has stood in the gap for children experiencing homelessness in Rutherford County. What began as a simple Saturday morning filled with breakfast, games, and encouragement has grown into a year-round support system designed to meet children where they are and walk alongside them as they grow.
Today, Endure provides after-school programming, summer enrichment, meals, transportation, mentorship, athletics, academic encouragement, and safe community spaces where children can experience consistency and belonging.
Every program is built around the belief that children thrive when they are supported emotionally, academically, physically, and spiritually by caring adults who remain present in their lives.

Looking Ahead: Growth Priorities for 2026–2030
As the needs of children and families continue to grow, Endure Athletics is committed to expanding its impact while remaining deeply rooted in its mission of mentorship and Christ-centered care.
Strengthen Support for Current Youth
Our priority is to continue providing consistent, high-quality support for the children already connected to Endure Athletics. This includes mentorship, meals, transportation, enrichment opportunities, academic encouragement, and ongoing emotional and spiritual support as they grow through each stage of life.
Support Older Youth in Achieving Independence
Endure is committed to helping high school students and graduates successfully transition into adulthood through transportation assistance, safe housing support, apprenticeships, job placement opportunities, workforce development pathways, and college or TCAT preparation.
Establish a Central “Home” Facility
One of our long-term goals is launching a Capital Campaign to establish a permanent home base for Endure Athletics. This centralized facility would provide a stable and welcoming environment for programs, mentorship, meals, enrichment, and community connection while also expanding transportation capabilities through an additional van.
Prepare the Next Generation of Leaders
We believe sustainable impact requires strong leadership for the future. Endure plans to continue developing staff, alumni leaders, board leadership, and organizational systems while strengthening long-term sustainability through diversified funding, staff support, and endowment planning.
Investing in Long-Term Impact
Endure Athletics continues exploring ways to strengthen outcomes for children and youth through meaningful partnerships and community collaboration. Future initiatives include opportunities for expanded research and program evaluation, including partnerships such as the MTSU Taekwondo study focused on youth development and well-being.
By continuing to invest in evidence-based support and enrichment opportunities, Endure aims to create long-term transformation for children and families throughout Rutherford County.
